If they're born here, they're American citizens as far as I'm concerned. If they're adults, then, no. It's that inbetween group that we have a problem. So, for the inbetweens, let's assume they moved legally, have them spend the number of years to be 'naturalized' and make them take the citizenship test and, if they pass, they're a citizen.
