Criminal disenfranchisement, the fact that those who refuse to vote in protest are being ignored, and the electoral collage are the problems that I have with our current election system. How can you say we have a legit democracy if over 100 million people have been denied the right to vote at some point in their lives (according to government stats and criminal legal news) and over 120 million, more than voted for either T or B, refused or weren't allowed to vote in the last election). If we required a quorum of citizens to hold an election like Congress does, then we should clear the ballot and hold another vote. Every citizen should If enough people refuse to vote or vote for none of the above a second time, the we should go without a representative in that capacity for a year.
