Should corporations, unions, and non-profit organizations be allowed to donate to political parties?
I think if a candidate passes various democratic tests, there should be funding available for these candidates in the form of subsidies from companies. For instance a minimum dollar/time for all for: airline credit for travel; advertising (and only factual content not harping on others); marketing spend; food; postage; etc. During each race, each candidate will receive points based on morale; alignment with issues among citizens; consistency between work done and promises; morality; decency; transparency; etc.
