If there are laws that were broken in the process of him breaking his contract, he should be brought back to get his due process and trial. If during the trial, there is irrefutable proof that there were illegal activities being committed by the very agencies employing him, he should should be exonerated. That is a lot of "if's" that seem to be difficult to choreograph into place within our current justice system, since he chose to go to a foreign country, which should also be addressed in the situation.
