While it is highly controversial, abortion should be an option. Let’s shift our focus to pregnancy prevention. Maybe it would be more effective to make birth control mandatory for both men and women. Let’s make all people go through extensive questioning and maybe even pay a fee prior to allowing pregnancy. That would ensure that all children are born into healthy loving homes and also lower the costs of government assistance programs.
