Yes, of course gay couples should have the same adoption rights as straight couples, as long as they are subjected to the same background checks that straight couples are. I don't think that they should be denied service, even if their request is against the business's own religious beliefs, because I believe this is discrimination against LGBTQAI+ people, which they should be protected under law from being turned away by adoption agencies because the couples are LGBTQAI+
