Illegal immigrants are illegal. They are not citizens and therefore cannot be taxed, if they wish for healthcare then they need to go the legal way. Then they will be a citizen, pay taxes, and not be deported.

If they pay taxes they show that they are willing to follow the rules in order to maintain a living here but if they avoid taxes it shows they have ill intent and so should be sent back to where they came from.

Because if they earn some amount of money that contributes to these institutions, then they should at least get something in return.
