You believe in promoting social equality, environmental sustainability, and economic justice for all members of society.
Left-wing political ideology is a broad spectrum of political philosophies that prioritize social equality and aim to diminish the impact of social hierarchies. It is often associated with ideas of social justice, labor rights, welfare state, and civil liberties. Left-wing politics typically involve a concern for those in society whom its adherents perceive as disadvantaged relative to others, and a belief that there are unjustified inequalities that need to be reduced or abolished.
The term "left-wing" has its origins in the French Revolution of the 18th century, when liber…

How could climate change activism be made more appealing to people indifferent to the issue?
@9JSYFFP3mos3MO
show them the benefits of taking better care of the earth
@9JSJ27MLibertarian3mos3MO
I wish that it were, but most people are stuck in their ways and the only way to show them how important it is, is to show them the dangers of it but they often don't belive it.
@9JSGH5P3mos3MO
Show substantial evidence proving that the world will be destroyed by climate change. 1.6 degree difference in 40 years does not worry most people
@9JS97QL3mos3MO
Climate change is an issue that can be shared with more analogies and comparisons to common life and well-being.
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
If you witnessed a peaceful protest for an issue you’re indifferent about, would it spark your interest and why?
@9KXY5HP2mos2MO
it would spark my interest at first seeing as the protest was peaceful, but I wouldn't just immediately side with these people, I would research what they're protesting first.
@9KXWZX6Women’s Equality2mos2MO
social justice and human rights would be left wing concerns
@9KXWZ4R2mos2MO
they are evil and shouldn't even be in the white house
@9KXXL672mos2MO
If truly a peaceful protest, i would not be against learning their point of view.
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
How do you balance your personal needs with the needs of the greater community in decision-making?
@9L2QSDL2mos2MO
I would balance my personal needs to the greater community by sharing my thoughts and ideas with organizations that can make a difference.
@9L4ZKY51mo1MO
My personal needs and the needs of my community are either interdependent, or I am not in that community.
I believe that as long as a person is capable of changing to environment to make a better place, that would be a much more effecient way of identifying and providing a solution to a social problem.
@9L2NLBF2mos2MO
My family needs come above all else. they are my ultimate priority and responsibility. However the Non-agression principal should be of upmost imnportance
@9L2NPKD2mos2MO
To balance this a plan or selected choice should be used to help a community.
@9L2NSSSRepublican2mos2MO
I believe you cannot help others until you help yourself. You cannot possibly provide for another individual in need when you are having problems of your own.
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
Do you believe that everyone should have equal access to education, healthcare, and housing - why or why not?
@9HL3RKY5mos5MO
Yes. I believe it is a right of everyone to be taken care of and to learn.
@9HL3RY25mos5MO
no, i dont belive so because people have worked differently and it pays off for example someone who is a doctor should get the same housing as someone who works a 15 hourly paid job,
@9HL3SYC5mos5MO
I do because if you live in this country and pay taxes and work as others do, you should be allowed the same opportunities as others.
@9HL44BF5mos5MO
Yes because even though some people aren't U.S citizens doesn't mean that they don't live in the U.S now , and some people who aren't come to the U.S to seek things like education and housing and health care to give their children a better life then they were able to have.
@ISIDEWITH4mos4MO
How would your daily routine change if public services like healthcare and education were significantly improved?
@9JJDFS73mos3MO
it would make access easier and cost less for health care and education
@9JJCT243mos3MO
If I could go to the hospital without going into debt, or go to school without hearing 17 gunshots, it would be great.
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
Do you think protecting the environment should be a priority, even if it means higher costs for consumers?
@9KW3Y5H2mos2MO
Yes because the Earth is in danger and if people have to suffer financially for us to fix it, I think that's okay because we all need the planet and it is not only ours to destroy.
@9KV86BP2mos2MO
I think the environment is important on a corporate and individual level
@9KV83KC2mos2MO
Yes protecting should be a prority to keep the us safe
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
How important do you believe diversity and inclusion initiatives are in schools and workplaces, and why?
@9HKV6TR5mos5MO
I find it of paramount importance. As much progress as we have made, we can’t delude ourselves into thinking that progress is done.
@9HL4B995mos5MO
There are 2 genders/sex. Rest are mental illnesses. I am not homophobic, and I will not hate/deny anyone's representation, but I do not support them.
@9HL48P85mos5MO
Diversity imitative are a smokescreen for the very opposite: the homogenization of education, witnessed by the abhorrent Congressional testimony given by the high priestesses of PennU and Harvard. We should focus on creating a grammar school-like meritocracy which selects the brightest individuals from even the lowest socio-economic based on skill and promise, whose consideration is not diversity of race or background, but truly diversity of thought. This is the surest form of mobility possible.
@9HGQ3B95mos5MO
I believe its very important because diversity is needed everywhere how can you ever learn about others and their culture if your workplace or your school has a bigger ratio of Latinos or Asians its better to have a wide variety of people so you can understand and learn.
@ISIDEWITH4mos4MO
What's one thing you wish older generations understood about the world from your perspective?
@9HYDCR54mos4MO
I wish older generations would be able to understand how change is a good thing and that no change won't take us anywhere and greatly affect the future of the country in the long run.
@9HYWHZN4mos4MO
"Change" is not inherently good. America becoming a fascist dictatorship would be "change." And it is much easier to change things for the worse than for the better. We must be open to change, but that must be tempered with prudence. Chesterton's Fence applies.
@9HYHNLY4mos4MO
The furthering development of new technology has drastically changed the world we live in. Changes in the world require new solutions and innovations.
@9HYHLT24mos4MO
I feel like the change in the present right now could effect the future to this economy either on military or money or preduction.
@9HYBLS5 4mos4MO
i wish they understood how younger people feel, instead of getting mad at younger people
@9HZ4RQ9Republican4mos4MO
I believe older people do know how younger people feel because they have been through life. They are just trying to get younger people ready for reality
@9HYHZ6B4mos4MO
i think that some generations dont like younger people simply because we are doing things differently, they also hate on the younger generations for going things the easier way
@9HYDZG8Republican4mos4MO
Times are changing, advancements are being made in every way and it’s the next step for this country.
@9HYDVNH4mos4MO
driving fairly such as not speeding using the road signs correctly etc
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
Can you think of a moment in history where a left-wing movement significantly changed the course of a country, and do you see its relevance today?
@9HYFQH74mos4MO
The civil right movement and the women’s liberation movement, to name the first couple examples that come to mind.
@9HYFVY44mos4MO
That one time when people were protesting black lives matter and people would not stop crying about the protests
@9HYFTP3Peace and Freedom4mos4MO
The civil war Is a good example of a "left wing" that changed our history.
