I think the promotion of economic competition is important for not just the economy, but for the people as well. If a few conglomerates own the world, then that is discouraging for the peoples who want to try their luck starting a business.

If the government is overbearing in the economy, who's to say that the economy won't be managed exclusively through them.

If God is for you, who can be against you? The problem is people don’t know God, so it’s easier to blame society for their lack of drive.

It doesn't matter, time and time again it's shown that those who need safety nets don't abuse it and to worry about it getting abused is missing the point of a safety net.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…3mos3MO

How does your vision of a just society reflect the balance between economic freedom and government involvement?

 @9KDY32Z from Michigan answered…2mos2MO

It would allow us to have nice things with government taking a pro-active approach and leading the economy vs reacting to it and providing stimulus and propping it up when business gets it wrong. However, the people of influence (the 1%) will not allow their puppets (politicians) to put anything of the sort in place. It would mean the one percent would give up a share of their pie to the working class and they aren't willing to do that. The politicians also risk losing their re-election funds and being primaried out if they did.
