They are terrorists. They know what they got into, and they deserve harsh punishment for conducting such actions. Being strict will allow an example to be set.

Unless the activities of foreign threats directly impact American operations abroad, or our defined international allies, there should be no direct involvement by any other country without explicit request or reason.

My position of "No, they should be captured and given a fair trial" on foreign assassination is based on several key principles, such as the importance of adhering to international law, protecting human rights, and ensuring a fair and just legal process for all individuals. Just think. If you kill the wrong guy, which has a high chance of happening, you have to clean it up, cover up the assassination of some random civilian, and then deal with the person you originally intended to kill, whereas if you take them to court, you could at least get more information out of them in a humane manner. When it comes to foreign assassination, advocating for capturing and giving individuals a fair trial is essential. It aligns with principals of justice, human rights, and the rule of law. By providing individuals with proper legal process, we uphold the values that promote a more just and equitable world. Plus, it helps prevent potential backlash and retaliation that could arise from extra judicial actions. So this is why we need to strive for a world where justice is served through lawful means!

Foreigners come all the time so it would not make sense to just kill every foreigner. I think they should go through a regular trial for guilty or non-guilty.

I actually agree with this argument because everyone in the United States should be given a fair trial to prove their innocence.
