There was "undeniable evidence" that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. There was "undeniable evidence" that Iraqi soldiers were throwing babies out of incubators in Kuwait. The propaganda arm of the U.S. government is very good at manufacturing atrocities to justify war, and very good at sweeping it under the rug shortly after the lie has been exposed.

 @9GDNDF8Constitution from New Jersey agreed…5mos5MO

If whether or not the atrocity happened is debatable, the U.S. government should speak to the Iraqi government about this issue and come out with a solution.

 @9GX5C6Y from California disagreed…5mos5MO

Killing them wont achieve anything as they may be attached to bigger conflicts that we would lose information on if they’re gone

 @9GVZM28Libertarian from Texas disagreed…5mos5MO

Sometimes you have to take the chance. Sometimes its unsafe to not take the chance. It's better safe than sorry. There has to be enough evidence but not too little.

 @9GKCH5TPeace and Freedom from New York disagreed…5mos5MO

The justification of murder on any act other than self-defense creates an abuse of power held by the government. These proven suspects should instead be taken into custody.

 @9GF64B7 from Illinois disagreed…5mos5MO

if there is obvious evidence that they were planning to attack our country they should get whatever consequences that are thought of OUTSIDE of death.

 @9GH4HF2 from Texas disagreed…5mos5MO

You should interrogate the suspected terrorist before making any big decisions but if they give you undeniable evidence that they are trying to attack our country then arrest them immediately and take them to solitary confinement.

 @9GHDRD7 from Nevada disagreed…5mos5MO

Granted we should prioritize the safety of American citizens, that does not not give us the right to deliberately destabilize a foreign country and it's citizens. We should not be a violent shadow cast upon the world, but a peaceful beacon whose only goal is to raise the world up.

 @9GRCHDQ from California disagreed…5mos5MO

There should constantly be police ready to be available nearby the school in case of an attack. Many deaths occur in school shootings due to the late response of reinforcement.

 @9GQ9BP6Peace and Freedom from New York disagreed…5mos5MO

No Foreign Assasination ever should be done, given the history of the US. There was not weapon of mass destruction found, but still the government went on fighting a war on tax money. Stop such war discourse.

 @9GQNB68 from Virginia disagreed…5mos5MO

i don't have a counter argument, the us shouldn't go around attacking countries they dont have evidence against.

 @9GNDN6X from Indiana disagreed…5mos5MO

First of all, if they want to attack us we probably did something wrong and we deserve it. Listen, if we are spending half a trillion on defense, i say let them come, we made this bed its time to sleep in it. We have to stop the shady cloak and dagger business.

 @9G5ZGJTfrom Guam disagreed…6mos6MO

It is against international law and the laws of the United States to plan and execute an assassination even under your own jurisdiction let alone on foreign soil.

 @9GTF6XL from Missouri disagreed…5mos5MO

They should be jailed, not killed. If you kill them, it could cause disputes between countries and you're a murderer as well.

 @9FVN2WC from California disagreed…6mos6MO

Even then, there are ways to prevent it. You can hold hostage, threaten, but the first thing being assassination isn't right.

 @9FN74H6 from California disagreed…6mos6MO

If there is undeniable evidence that someone is planning to attack our country, it's natural to feel a sense of urgency and concern. However, it's important to remember that resorting to foreign assassination without due process can have serious consequences. By following legal procedures and gathering evidence, we can ensure a fair trial while still protecting our nations security.

 @9GLSVRM  from California disagreed…5mos5MO

It'll be a long process to determine what "undeniable evidence" is. In that time period we spend debating whether or not they're going to do it, the terrorist can attack the nation. It's better to capture the potential terrorist, treat them as if they are one of our own citizens innocent until proven guilty, but while we debate the evidence they'll be tucked away in a place where we can guarantee our citizens' safety.

 @9GCZ6G5Democrat  from Illinois disagreed…5mos5MO

What about other countries do they not matter? Why wait when you can take them down before they can
potentially hurt people.

 @9GC8FXR from Georgia disagreed…5mos5MO

AI has been gettin very realistic nowadays. unless the proof aint just an image or text document, i aint buyin it without many shots and perspectives of them doin it.

 @9FNZJ7T from California disagreed…6mos6MO

That is not our country as we should let the countries government handle the situation using their laws and their justice system.

 @9FZL7GNWrite-Infrom Maine disagreed…6mos6MO

undeniable is a vary rare thing and is very hard to actually implement, the government would use that standard to lable every suspect "undeniable"

 @9G55K8P from North Carolina disagreed…6mos6MO

Regardless, plan to commit crime is not a crime in of itself. We cannot become judge, jury, and executioner because of what one plans to do.

 @9G6G9WL from California disagreed…6mos6MO

If the evidence is undeniable and negotiations are not an option then foreign assassination is necessary.

 @9G69GKG from Utah disagreed…6mos6MO

We should contact the government of the country they reside in a work with them to resolve the issue.

 @9GRVR73 from Minnesota disagreed…5mos5MO

They may have been smart enough to not leave any "undeniable evidence" behind, but still making them a threat to society.

 @9GQW669 from California disagreed…5mos5MO

No, the U.S. may not have access to all evidence that is given by a foreign Assassination. The U.S. cannot make quick decisions.

 @9GBC7DRDemocrat from California disagreed…5mos5MO

Then we be ready for the attack and limit the damage done to our country. If we go and attack them there country will be in ruins and we would be blamed and ctirized by other nations.

 @9G98KT4 from Virginia disagreed…5mos5MO

Regardless of if there is undeniable evidence, if they are residing in forren territiory, the the United States cannot invade that country, at least without the permission or achnologment of the country's government.

 @9FLTT5Gdisagreed…6mos6MO

Even if we have some evidence on what they are planning, going and assassinating their leader would start a massive war.

 @9GW347Z from Virginia disagreed…5mos5MO

If we are aware of an act of terrorism our government should act and take a stance to protect of country.

 @9GRCG35 from Louisiana disagreed…5mos5MO

Assassinating a leader of a terrorist group may lead to the attack being stopped but there is also a chance that it wouldn't and would instead lead to the group doubling down while proclaiming the leader a martyr. There is also the issue of power vacuums, killing one person rarely ends a movement, often only fracturing it leading to possibly even more radical groups.

 @9GT5TM7Democrat from California disagreed…5mos5MO

What is a defining line of undeniable evidence. people can just make the excuse that they look like a terrorist even if there just a normal human being
