If they came here illegally they shouldn't be allowed to vote at all because they shouldn't be here in the first place. If they wanted to vote then they should have come here legally. If they couldn't get here legally then they shouldn't be here.

In some local elections that help the community based on that induvial then yes. If it doesnt have to do with actually changing laws (government).
