Accountability, Major corporations have to be held to a higher standard. Cutting corners on quality and safety cannot be tolerated, and a fine is just the beginning. It's time the people on top, the decision makers are held accountable and I don't mean just having to pay a hefty fine. A drastic fine is not incentive enough. Jail time, this will be the penalty for allowing destruction of such an epic scale. Some of you may be thinking, well, accidents do happen.
