Yes, but the same-sex foster parents should be prosecuted for child abuse if they are forcing their homosexual views on to said child. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if the child grows up with psychological issues due to this kind of indoctrination/brainwashing.

@8Q497F9's scenario is more likely to happen anyway. Nobody in the LGBTQ+ would force their ideas onto others because they know what it's like to have "the status quo" shoved onto them. They'd raise the child to be open and accepting of all lifestyles, which sounds like a better life.
