If you moved to another country, but we're not a citizen of that country, do you imagine that you would be able to vote in thierelections? This is a rhetorical question, the answer is no, you can only vote if you are a citizen. This is universally true in every country that has democratic elections. If an immigrant becomes a naturalized citizen they have every right to vote, if they are here illegally, they are not an immigrant, they are an illegal aliens.
