“Tuition should be more affordable so the amount of student loans would be reduced, thereby reducing overall loan payments. Eliminate grants for students whose parents are low income. Replace the grants with low interest loans. Students whose parents choose not to pay for their education are at a distinct disadvantage. Level the playing field.”
