“Illegal immigrants should be aware that remaining in US soil is an opportunity to create a better life for themselves and their families. Immigrants who violate the law and have been charged with a crime should be tried fairly and if found guilty of violent crimes, should be deported. Immigrants who have proven their innocence and are elegible for release, should NOT, by any means be detained by any branch of law enforcement.”
