It is impossible to know what other countries need or what is going on with them. We can help and do our part in the world by taking care of our communities. Participating in a global community means taking care of ours first. We cannot help other countries and we cannot make change globally unless we are stable in our own home. I think the goal should always be Global cooperation and interaction. But I do not believe we can do that effectively without first understanding our own people and taking care of them.
