No, there should be more influence into communities to have good supportive networks with resources and common interests that build a sense of responsibility and accountability. Good families raise achievers and happy people who dont need to be enslaved by an idea that they failed because someone did it to them. Effort in produces quality out. Sense of urgency, hard and extra work, asking for help, and parental and community support and involvement all create high self esteem, safe and far achieving communities.
